Please read these terms and conditions carefully before using the ledgewin platform. These terms form a binding legal agreement between you and us.
These terms and conditions ("Terms") apply between ledgewin ("we", "our", "platform") and the user ("you", "member", "player"). Account Suspension and Closure
ledgewin reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close an account in the following circumstances:
- Any breach of these Terms
- Providing false or incomplete information
- Operating multiple accounts
- Fraud, deception or unlawful activity
- Bonus abuse or exploiting system errors
- Filing false disputes with a financial institution or payment provider
Any member may also request voluntary account closure through our support team.
Financial Transactions
Deposit Terms
Funds can be deposited on ledgewin via Bangladesh's main mobile banking methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket and Upay. The following conditions apply to deposits:
- Minimum deposit amount: ৳200 (for all methods).
- All transactions will be completed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT).
- You must use a payment account registered in your own name only.
- Deposits from third-party accounts are strictly prohibited.
- Successful transactions are generally reflected in your account within a few minutes.
Withdrawal Terms
The following conditions must be met to withdraw funds from your account:
- Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳1,000.
- Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 15 minutes to 2 hours.
- Withdrawals will only be made via the same method used to make the deposit.
- Withdrawals may be delayed if account verification (KYC) has not been completed.
- You cannot make a withdrawal while an active bonus has unmet wagering requirements.
- In cases of suspicious activity, we may place a withdrawal on hold and request additional verification.
Bonuses and Promotional Offers
Welcome Bonus Terms
ledgewin offers a welcome bonus for new members. The terms of this bonus are detailed below:
- 100% bonus on the first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳20,000.
- Example: depositing ৳1,000 gives a bonus of ৳1,000 and a total balance of ৳2,000.
- Example: depositing ৳42,000 or more gives the maximum bonus of ৳20,000 and a total balance of ৳62,000.
- Wagering requirement to withdraw the bonus: 25 times the total (deposit + bonus) amount.
- The bonus applies to the first deposit only.
- Making a withdrawal while the bonus is active will cancel the bonus.
- The welcome bonus applies only once per person, household, address, IP address or payment method.
General Bonus Rules
- ledgewin reserves the right to change or cancel bonus offers at any time.
- Multiple bonuses cannot be used at the same time unless explicitly stated.
- If ledgewin detects bonus abuse or fraudulent activity, it may forfeit the bonus and any associated winnings.
- Not all games may contribute equally to the calculation of wagering requirements.
- VIP cashback and other loyalty rewards will be governed by separate rules.
Gaming Rules
Game Rules and Fair Play
ledgewin is committed to ensuring a fair and safe gaming environment for all players. The following activities are strictly prohibited:
- Playing games using any software, bots, automation tools or artificial intelligence.
- Gaining funds improperly by exploiting any system error or bug.
- Using multiple accounts to collect bonuses or gain an advantage in games.
- Colluding with other players to influence outcomes.
- Match-fixing or any attempt to influence the outcome of a game.
ledgewin reserves the right to suspend accounts, forfeit winnings and take legal action in the event of any of the above violations.
Technical Errors and Disputes
If a technical error causes a game result to be displayed incorrectly or a payment to be wrong, ledgewin reserves the right to determine the correct outcome and take corrective action. We also reserve the right to reclaim or reverse any funds paid out as a result of a technical error.

Severability & Entire Agreement
